At Ayurveda Store NZ, your well-being and satisfaction are our top priorities. While we hope you love every product you receive, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. That’s why we’ve created a transparent and fair return policy designed for peace of mind—while ensuring quality, compliance, and care.
Return Window
Our refund window begins from the day you receive the product and lasts for 30 days for items purchased directly from our website.

Consumer Rights – New Zealand Law
This policy does not limit your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA). If your product is faulty, not as described, or unsafe, you are legally entitled to a repair, replacement, or full refund.
Satisfaction Guarantee (Limited Use)
If you try a product for the first time and are unsatisfied due to personal response or issue, we may offer a one-time refund or store credit – even if opened.
- Limited to 1 opened unit per product per customer.
- Proof of purchase and communication required.
- Does not apply to repeat purchases of the same item.
- Return of product is necessary for a refund.
Return Process
- Contact us at info@ayurvedastore.co.nz within 30 days.
- Include your order number, product name, reason for return, and any photos (if applicable).
- Wait for approval and instructions.
- Return the product within 14 days once approved.
❗ Unapproved returns will not be processed and may be returned to sender.
Refunds & Store Credit
- Refunds may be issued to original payment method or as store credit.
- High-value orders may require review and may be refunded as store credit.
- We aim to process within 5–10 business days after item is received.
International Orders
We do not offer refunds for international orders. Depending on the situation, you may be eligible for a replacement. All international credit or replacement requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. We reserve the right to deny any such requests at our sole discretion.

Returns & Refund Policy Exclusions
- Unapproved or incorrect item returns.
- Used items that are not covered under guarantee.
- Frequent or abusive return behaviour.
Abuse & Misuse Policy
We reserve the right to deny refunds for abuse and may suspend accounts for repeat violations. Fraudulent or false claims will result in removal from our customer program.
Replacements
For damaged, missing or incorrect items, we will send replacements at no cost. Most do not require returns – just photo proof is sufficient.
Wholesale Orders
We do not offer refunds or accept returns for wholesale orders. All purchases made using a wholesale account are final. If there is damage or an issue with the product, we will accept a return or provide a replacement on a case-by-case basis.
Right to Modify Policy
We may update this policy at any time. Submission of a return claim does not guarantee approval. Each case is reviewed individually and fairly.
