How should I dilute and use this concentrated rosemary oil?

This is 100% pure essential oil which must be diluted before use. NEVER apply undiluted - it can damage hair follicles. Mix 5-10 drops with 1 tablespoon carrier oil (coconut, jojoba, olive, sweet almond). For scalp treatment: massage diluted oil into scalp for 5 minutes, leave on for minimum 2 hours or overnight, then shampoo. Can also add 5-10 drops to your regular shampoo or conditioner. The process takes patience. Studies showed significant increase in hair count at 6-month endpoint, though no significant change at 3 months. Some people see results in 3 months, but it's more likely to take 6 months or longer for visible improvement. You can leave rosemary oil in hair for several hours or overnight. Consistency is crucial - use regularly (2-3 times weekly) for minimum 6 months. Early signs may include reduced shedding and healthier scalp before visible new growth.

What are the safety precautions for using pure rosemary oil?

CRITICAL: Rosemary oil is highly concentrated - using too much undiluted may damage hair follicles, causing hair loss instead of growth. Always dilute (5-10 drops per tablespoon of carrier oil). Do a patch test if you have sensitive skin or skin conditions. Avoid contact with eyes - rinse immediately if contact occurs. Not recommended during pregnancy without doctor approval. For which types of hair loss is this most effective?
