How to use

To verify that a herb is authentic it is issued with a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) which contains tests (heavy metals/safety/identification) done on every batch of herb manufacturing. E.g Amla COA or Ashwagandha COA. COAs for every herb are available via email request.

For those mostly staying indoors or with oily skin, SPF 35 is sufficient, though SPF 50 offers slightly more protection for extended sun exposure. The PA++++ rating indicates the highest level of UVA protection (the + symbols indicate level of protection, with ++++ being maximum). This broad-spectrum protection guards against both UVA rays (which cause ageing and deep skin damage) and UVB rays (which cause burning). Don't skimp on amount - using too little reduces the SPF protection significantly. The Australian TGA recommends at least half a teaspoon for face, neck, and ears. Reapply every 2-3 hours for continued protection, or more frequently if swimming, perspiring, or towel drying. It's crucial to reapply - no sunscreen lasts all day regardless of SPF. Apply 15-20 minutes before sun exposure for best adhesion. The non-greasy formula absorbs quickly, making reapplication pleasant rather than a chore.
