Rooted in the ancient practice of Abhyanga (Ayurvedic self-massage), this luxurious Vata Body Massage Oil from Ananda Wellness is crafted with a time-honoured blend of warming, grounding, and nourishing herbs. Designed for individuals seeking softness, calm, and deep hydration, it embodies the Ayurvedic philosophy of restoring balance through touch and natural oils.
Infused with Sesame Oil, Flaxseed Oil, Nutmeg, Cardamom, and aromatic herbs like Fennel, Dill, Cumin, and Coriander, each ingredient has been carefully selected for its traditional role in supporting supple, healthy-looking skin. The oil’s gentle warmth helps support relaxation and a sense of grounding — ideal for cooler seasons or dry skin types.
