How To Use

1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon with warm water, once or twice daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

A little of the powder sprinkled on the tongue can temporarily make one insensitive to sugar. Thus when sugar cravings hit/arise, one can take a little bit of the raw powder in the mouth to support the cravings and support in sugar dependancy.
